Lisa Fair joined Kravco Company as a consultant in February 2020 and provides comprehensive legal services to the company and its portfolio.
Ms. Fair came to Kravco in 2001 as Senior Corporate Counsel to facilitate corporate development activities, land acquisitions and finance. In November of 2003, with the formation of Kravco Simon Company, a new partnership with Simon Property Group, Ms. Fair was named Vice President & General Counsel. With the launch of Kravco Company LLC in 2011, Ms. Fair was named Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel overseeing the operations of the company, leading strategic planning and directing all development, construction, corporate administration and legal activity.
Prior to 2001, Ms. Fair was Counsel with the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll in their Philadelphia office with a broad transactional real estate practice. She also served as Senior Counsel to USF&G Corporation where she was responsible for implementation of its real estate lending program, along with operation, restructure and disposition of real estate owned assets of the company.
Ms. Fair attended New York University Law School where she was awarded a Juris Doctor degree in 1989.
